Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! 

How will my order be shipped and delivered?

All shipments are sent via DHL Express and will arrive within 3–7 days. Once your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 3–5 days. Please note that original paintings may require a few additional days for varnishing before dispatch.

 

Orders & Payments

 

Are customs duties and import taxes included in the price?
No, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are the buyer's responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports national and international debit and credit cards. PayPal is also available as a payment option.

Note: Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will soon receive an invoice on your registered email ID.

All transactions are processed in USD, regardless of the buyer’s location.

If you face any issues with the payment method, you may directly DM me on my profile or email me. You will receive  a direct payment link sent to your email.

Returns & Cancellations

 Can I return or exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., faulty items or missing products), please contact us at sukhmanbrarart@gmail.com or via the 'Contact' page. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly!

Artwork & Materials

What comes with an original painting?
The painting includes:

  • Artist's signature, title, and date of completion on the back.

  • Varnished canvas to preserve colors, with edges finished in complementary tones.

  • Certificate of Authenticity and basic care instructions.
    You may choose to reframe it as you like once it arrives.

  • Free prints

Commissions

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, I create custom artworks inspired by nature, including landscapes, sunsets, and scenic views. If you’re interested in commissioning a piece, you can send a DM, fill out the contact form on the website, or reach out via email at sukhmanbrarart@gmail.com.
